You can book directly on our website by selecting your car, pickup date and time. We also accept bookings by phone at +373 68 00 11 55 or via email at info@rentautopark.md. Our team will confirm your reservation and prepare the vehicle.
Yes, we offer free delivery within Chișinău city limits, including the airport and most hotels. If your flight arrives late at night or is delayed, we can arrange after-hours delivery for an additional fee — just let us know your flight number and arrival time in advance.
A valid driver's license (held for at least 3 years) and a passport or national ID. International driving permits are accepted. Minimum driver age is 21. We do not rent to novice drivers. Full terms are available in our Terms and Conditions.
The rental price includes third-party liability insurance (TPL), VAT, standard mileage (200 km per day), and 24/7 support. Optional extras — child seats, unlimited mileage, overseas travel coverage — can be added during the booking process.
A refundable deposit is required at pickup (amount varies by car, typically €100–200). It is returned after the car is returned undamaged and on time. You can reduce the deposit by choosing one of our insurance packages during booking.
Every rental includes 200 km per day. Extra kilometers beyond the daily limit are charged at €0.25/km. If you prefer unlimited mileage, you can add this option during booking for a fixed daily fee.
Yes, but you must notify us in advance. Cross-border travel requires a passport at pickup and an additional €50 one-time fee for the green card (international insurance certificate). Travel to Transnistria is not permitted.
You can cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to 72 hours before pickup. Late cancellations may incur a fee equal to one rental day. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Call our 24/7 support line at +373 68 00 11 55 immediately. Do not arrange repairs yourself — we will dispatch roadside assistance or arrange a replacement car. In case of an accident, contact the police first, then call us.
